What do you like best?
I like the fact that live Customer service is always there to guide you if there's a problem.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I dislike if when a large corporation wants a form filled out and you use PDF Filler they come back and tell you their shop uses Adobe Acrobat and to please fill out the form once again using Adobe.

As a freelancer I use PDF Filler to complete W9 forms - it's great! PDF Filler is simple, easy to use, and creates professional documents that are easily accepted by employers and large corporations. The exporting workflow is a little confusing - at least for their IRS W9 Form. Instead of just pressing a button to save the file to my phone I had to email it to myself in order to obtain it. This may have just been my ignorance, however. All in all, PDF Filler is a great help!

How do I unlock an Excel file locked for editing by another user?

Go to Computer Management → System Tools → Shared Folders → Open Files to find out who has a document locked. If the user can't be contacted to disconnect themselves, you can forcefully do so by right-clicking the locked file and selecting Close Open File (warning: the user might lose their changes).

Why does excel say locked for editing?

When you try to open an Excel workbook, PowerPoint presentation, or Word document on your mobile device, you might receive a message stating that the file is locked for editing by another user. The file might be locked because: The file is shared and another user is currently editing it.
