The user interface for entering numbers in a field is not particularly user friendly. That's the biggest thing. A feature to 'delight' your customers would be to include a field that had a simple 'summation' function.

I absolutely LOVE PDFiller! That is the honest truth. I truly do. You have no idea. It's easy to use. It does and has everything you might possible need to do to a document. It's amazing to say the least.

What do you like best?
The upside is that it's very efficient and expedites completing forms effectively. I have used other software and didn't find them to be easy to navigate or efficient.
What do you dislike?
The downside is that sometimes the text doesn't align when filling in forms I have to complete from other service industries. Also, when PDFfiller is the default PDF it does not print without having to refresh several times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is really good and does make my administrative work easier and less tedious. There are some quirks but when I have experienced them, the support received was expedient and exceeded my expectations.

"My Blessing" I was drawn to the site which offered thirty day sampling with no cost doing so. Very impress with the ease of functionally of the system, not being that verse on this type of technology. It was fairly simple figuring it out, my one time project was successful. Many of my fellow parishioners was impress not only with the information but the presentation the online template allowed. Finally there was the necessity of sharing my document that to was done with much ease. VERY EASY TO USE PLUS ONE SUGGESTION VERY EASY TO USE. THE ONLY THING I THINK NEEDS TO CHANGE IS THAT WHEN I SAVE THE DOCUMENT, INSTEAD OF SAYING IRS FORM 940 (OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT) I THINK THE YEAR OF THE FORM THAT WAS WORKED ON. FOR EXAMPLE: IRS FORM 940 2019

What do you like best? Ability to edit pdf files and general ease of use What do you dislike? Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not really any problems - just a few areas the program feels clunky.

I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have... I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have said from the first that it was a trial, I do not remember being told that It would cost me, but that's ok, I filled out and printed 3 N-311 Hawaii forms, which printed 5 sheets, I will gladly pay for them, but I do not want to continue my subscription to pdfFiller. I don't think I will ever need it again, but I do thank you for being there when I needed you.
