It's very good and I recommend it to others. I know I am not getting the full benefit, and should attend a webinar but feel too busy unless it could be archived and watched at my convenience.

overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

Not having to print tons of paper and scanning, to get signatures on so many documents I have to sign. Process is so simple, I can sign and email right way. Time saver for sure!

What I really like about the program is…
What I really like about the program is that we have a lot of issues and it was able to handle them all! My husband plays music at church which is a standard business. He is opening an LLC which we need to do several forms which most places do not handle including the 1120s, the k1, and so many others. The pdfFiller has handled them all!

What is the difference between J30 and J10?
J10 A J10 transfer form is required if shares are unpaid or part paid, for example if they're inherited or gifted. J30 A J30 form is required if the shares are paid in full, by an investor for example.
Who stamps stock transfer forms?
Neither Certificate 1 nor Certificate 2 will need to be completed but you'll still need to get the Stock Transfer form stamped by HMRC.
What is the purpose of a stock transfer form?
A Stock transfer form (or 'STF') is a legal document commonly used as a key component in the process of transferring ownership of shares in a company from one person (or company) to another.
How do I transfer ownership of a stock certificate?
You can find out who your company's transfer agent is by contacting its investor relations department. Then, the transfer agent will have you send in any paper stock certificates you have, along with a letter of instruction to instruct it on how to change the ownership of the stock.
