What do you like best? User friendly. Can do anything I really need, from editing pdfs, splitting up and saving parts of documents, signed documents, etc. What do you dislike? The sign in page can be a bit wonky and hard to see if you're signed in. If you've been signed out and start uploading it puts you into the trial mode, and once you figure out whats going on you have to start over. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Signing documents is really important for me, which is the biggest benefit. But the ability to edit and fill out pdf documents has been wonderful as well.

Click the Scan tab. Select the Document Type and Scan Size. Click Scan. The scanned image will be displayed in the image viewer. Confirm and edit (if necessary) the scanned image. Click Send E-mail. The Send E-mail dialog will appear. Configure the attached file settings *1, and click OK.
Click on the Tools pane, Pages panel and select the Split Document command. The Split Document dialog allows you to control the split by the number of pages in a file, file size, or by top-level bookmarks.
Most scanners connected to Windows PCs save scanned documents in either the Documents or My Scans folder by default. On Windows 10, you may find the files in the Pictures folder, especially if you saved them as images, such as JPEG or PNG.
Open your Gmail account with your web browser or email application. Click the Compose button to create a new email. Click the Attach button (the paperclip) and select the scanned document from your computer or mobile. Alternatively, drag and drop the file into the body of the email (desktop only).
Using the Files app Open the Files app. Tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner of your screen and select Scan Documents. Scan your document, then tap Browse at the bottom of your screen. Find and select your file, then tap the Share icon in the bottom-left corner. Select the Mail app to email your file.
How to scan a document to email on Android Go to your cloud storage (for example, you might use the Google Drive app for this) and tap the + icon in the top right corner. Tap the camera icon, then take a photo of your document(s) with it. Convert your images into PDF files by tapping the check mark.
Send as an attachment Click File > Share > Email, and then choose one of the following options: Send as Attachment Opens an email message with a copy of the file in its original file format attached. Send as PDF Opens an email message with a copy of the file in . pdf format attached.
Connect your document scanner to your Windows device and turn on both devices. Scan your documents and save them in your preferred file folder on your Windows device. Right-click on the scanned document and select " Send to" which opens sending options.
