This helps with my pdf files and is pretty similar to Acrobat pro. I prefer Acrobat pro to PDFfiller, but this is still very good software

What do you like best?
I love that the physician can dictate the form to me and I can easily load the form and type it up for him. He is extremely busy and needs to fill these forms out on his own time. Now I can do it for him saving him the time to focus on face to face visits with his patients.
What do you dislike?
It is very new to me, so I am uncertain if there is anything at this point I don't like, as I am unfamiliar with a good portion of the program. But what I have used thus far is great!

I like the accessibility of the application. I can access from anywhere by just using my browser.

Sometimes the sizing is a bit tricky and I need to play around with the edits to make it work.

I am able to take pdf documents, to which I have lost or never had the source file, and easily change them to what I need. Also, another great use is to fill-in forms in forms to which i only have hardcopy.

Excellent PDF conversions
This software helps me keep documents in unchangeable forms so that they can be sent out and not altered.
I love that I do not have to download anything to my computer. I can go straight to the website, upload my document or file, and then have it converted into a PDF within seconds. It is super fast and the PDFs look great.
I have used PDFfiller numerous times, and there is not one thing I can think of that I do not like about it.

Who can witness an affidavit of service?
All affidavits must be sworn or affirmed before an authorized witness, who is usually a Justice of the Peace or lawyer (see further information on authorized witnesses below). The person making an affidavit needs to sign the bottom of each page in the presence of the authorized witness.
How do I fill out an affidavit of service?
The name of the person served. The date, time, and place the person was served. The manner in which the person was served. A description of the document or documents served. The name and signature of the process server.
What is a proof of service affidavit?
The Affidavit of Service, also known as proof of service, is a sworn testimony signed by the process server. It is supporting delivery of case-related papers to one or more parties in a legal matter. It certifies service of a notice, summons, writ, or process.
How do I fill out an affidavit of service in Alberta?
Choose the right forms. Family Law Act. Complete an affidavit or statement for each order you request. File the forms with a court clerk. Serve your application or claim. If you are filing an application, complete an Affidavit of Service for each applicant and respondent. Attend court.
What does an affidavit of service look like?
This affidavit is a notarized testimony signed by the server that details the time, date, manner of service, identity of the person served and other details of the job. If a party in the case claims to not have been notified of pending legal action, the Affidavit of Service can be presented to prove otherwise.
What is the difference between a certificate of service and an affidavit of service?
In most jurisdictions, an affidavit is used when a private, third party serves the documents, whereas a certificate of service is used by official process servers when serving any document and for attorney's and parties under Rule 5 after the original summons and complaint are served and filed.
Who can witness an affidavit in NSW?
Usually this will be the plaintiff or the defendant. For example, if a witness is giving affidavit evidence for the defendant, the filing details would be: the defendant's name and role in the case (that is, defendant) the defendant's lawyer (if there is one)
Can a relative witness an affidavit?
(5) A relative, including a spouse, is not disqualified from being a witness provided he or she is neither a party to the instrument nor has a dower interest. The person acting as witness or commissioner for oaths in any of the required affidavits is not a party to the instrument.
