I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. I LOVE pdffiller, but need to know more about how to use it. For instance, how can I hide the "establishing a secure connection" message when the form loads on my webpage? And how to change the color of the highlighted fields?

Two main issues I have with PDF:
1) not being able to change the names on the forms,
2) easily finding a form to download to My Forms (referring to Acord forms mainly, you would think your company would have a direct link to Acord forms draw from)

good product. but pricing was not clear i subscribed to one year one time payment when i wanted the pay as you go per moth option. hope to get it resolved soon. or will cancel fully.

Great Product
This software has helped mainly with electronic signature creation but also with overall PDF edits.
The software offers a number of options for editing PDFs and is fairly user-friendly. It has an easy layout.
I do not like the fact that the software can lag when working with slightly larger documents. It can also be time-consuming to learn more advanced features.

Worth the money!
The software is very easy to use from a smartphone or computer. Most people don't own a fax machine, so this feature is very handy!
The subscription is necessary, but now with many places of business using editable PDFs, it's not needed as often as I'd like.

pdfFiller has never disappointed me with the choice of fillable forms and the ease of completing and saving the documents. For Form document completion, they are my Trusted Administrative Assistant, and I would not recommend any other company for the service they provide.

We use PDF Filler with SignNow for documents for clients and employees.
All seems to work very well. I did 6 documents, each several times as the requirements changed.
I updated the company logos, just erase the old ones in the PDF and Word documents.
So far, I only worked on a Fillable Signable document for clients
I used erase, and then inserted better wording.

What do you like best?
I like the fact that PDF Filler is available on the fly whether you're on your phone, iPad, or desktop. It's easy to sign, fill out forms, edit, etc.
What do you dislike?
I dislike the load times when opening a pdf document. Also, I do not like the fact that I cannot automatically send a pdf to SignNow without having to logout and log back into PDFFiller.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use PDF filler for all my real estate transactions. Because I've pre-filled all my personal information, it's easy to just substitute the rest of the information on the forms. It makes life a breeze!
