I was charged for a subscription which was, to me, erroneous as I had merely tried the sofware and immediately cancelled.
But on contacting customer service I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of their response and at the total refund with no qustions asked.

What do you like best about the product?
pdfFiller by airSlate saves me so much time when dealing with documents . You can easily share documents and ask for signatures via messages or even share them via QR code
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit tedious when it comes to editing the document. you would have to edit it in a word format and then proceed again with converting it to PDF format. It's a little bit too many clicks for my liking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It works well in that you can fill out the form, but it would be great if you could move the text box once you've started. I was unable to do that and had to start over in some cases because alignment was off.

Double-click on one of your photos from the thumbnail Library view which will take you to the Edit view screen. Look underneath your photo on this new screen. Single click on that gray bar with Make a caption! Written in the middle. Type in your entire caption.
