What do you like best?
Changing things (like dates) on insurance forms helps us a great deal when the insurance information stays the same and only the date needs changed. (Accord forms). We don't have to completely retype an insurance renewal form. So Handy

I have helped a colleague in inputting his information on flyers that had someone else's and the eraser showed lines in the final product. I had to figure out what was going on and I figured out I could increase the eraser to remove items rather than going over it several times (like wite-out tape).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to make changes to documents that you do not want to retype over and over again, then this product is a handy tool. Also, for doing 'already-made-up-flyers' to use for yourself by adding your own information is great. I used to have to remake everything with Corel Draw. This is waaaaaaay easier!!

Easiest way to send contracts
We use this for business contracts in the wedding industry. At first, it was not easy to receive contracts back but with upgrading our account that has become easier.
Ease of use to send out contracts for electronic filling and filing
Sometimes it is confusing where the contracts end up once filled. Having to pay extra for certain capabilities isn't feasible for a small startup business

Very easy to use. Have saved me so much time.
Saves time by not having to re-type documents and I can just add in names on pre-typed forms. It has been instrumental for changing contracts and names on documents
I think, if it isn't in place, a way to be able to use it on your mobile device. Most often, I'm on the go and things have to be changed or modified. This could be huge for a busy person like me.

Can you bring cell phone to US embassy?
For security reasons, visa applicants and American Citizen Services customers are not allowed to bring any luggage, bags, cell phones, other electronic devices, or any items that are not relevant to your business with us (except one small purse, backpack, briefcase or items to care for babies).
Can we carry mobile for US visa interview?
Do not carry a bag, purse, luggage, mobile phone, any electronic gadgets, liquids, food items, sharp objects, weapons and bottles. You won't be allowed to enter with any of the above-mentioned items inside the U.S. Consulate. Only, carry your visa related documents and passport to the Consulate.

There is no embassy dress code for visa interview as such, though it is best to wear formal clothes: a suit for men and an elegant outfit for a woman are sensible choices. It is not about buying expensive clothes either, it is about wearing clean, ironed, and presentable clothes.
Can I bring car keys to US embassy?
Remote car keys are not allowed, either. All ladies' purses/purses. Only a small ladies' pouch in hand will be permitted. All bags, such as travel bags, backpack, briefcases, suitcases, and leather, jute, or cloth bags.

No, you can not. Even as a US citizen you are required to make an appointment to visit the consulate for non-emergency services. To be allowed entry into the U.S. Consulates for routine (non-emergency) services, you must make an appointment online.
