Easy to use -- several format/file extension options for saving and ability to link with cloud and sharing platforms makes this so versatile. Having the option to save a filled form as a template is very helpful. The customization and array of options is allowing me to complete tasks, for which I previously needed multiple programs.

it has been hard getting back to my document, probably because an icon has not popped up on my screen and the form is not in my laptop document file. it's not letting me add lines to the lists though that might be a hard lock in the form. However the section instruction's say that you can add. Mostly I have only used PDF filler on this complicated form and am learning by trial and error.

An Ultimate Timesaving Software
I have never been bored using this software except for motivating me to give my maximum to the company. Once I am done with my PDF file, I just need to click one icon to send it to the respective recipient or recipients. Comprehensive icons on the right and left sidebars(panes) give a visually soothing experience and increase the efficiency of the work. Last but not least the privacy of the documents is guaranteed as the files can be password protected through this app. Indeed, the above-aforementioned aspects are only a few but there are plentiful advantageous features are available in this software, hence I highly recommend this software to use in your company or even personally.
One of the most important features I personally like is the ''AUDIT TRAIL". This great aspect helps me to identify each and every change made to the initial report and it gives a comprehensive picture of the amendments executed to the initial report, hence the authenticity of the reports is enhanced. Another great benefit to almost all the users is the ''E-signature". Having this electronically done made signature simply replaced conventional writing email address as the E-sign. Once the signatures are uploaded to this application, you can easily click and select the saved original sign in electronic format.
Sign-in through the mobile application is somewhat not effective. Our staff has experienced Android devices sending an error message and need to try a few times to access through a mobile device; thus the quality of this software is never sabotaged because the value we are generating from this application is abundant compared to this minor issue. We never experienced any difficulty in using this software on our computers.

I like that I don not have to decide…
I like that I don not have to decide how big the text box needs to be, it does it automatically. I use it for work to fill out my time sheets or edit PDF files and it works like a charm.

Wish it was more affordable
Works great and seems to be the only app that put everything in the proper format for editing. My only complaint is that it isn't more affordable, especially for first year subscriptions I feel like there should be a discount so that you can truly decide if spending that much at once is worth it to you and your business needs.

It is an excellent pdf editor, the best of all the ones I have used.
The edits of a document are made very easy, it can be erased without leaving traces, the edited texts keep the same font, etc.

How do you establish a qualified settlement fund?
There are only three requirements under 468B to establish a SF trust. First, the fund must be established pursuant to an order of a court and is subject to the continuing jurisdiction of the court. Second, it must be established to resolve one or more contested claims arising out of a tort.
What is qualified settlement fund?
A Qualified Settlement Fund, or SF, is a fund, account, or trust established under applicable state law. A court can order that the defendant (or insurer) pay the agreed settlement amount into a Qualified Settlement Fund “within the meaning of 468B-1 of the Treasury Regulations”.
Are qualified settlement funds taxable?
A qualified settlement fund is a United States person and is subject to tax on its modified gross income for any taxable year at a rate equal to the maximum rate in effect for that taxable year under section 1(e).
Is a distribution from a qualified settlement fund taxable?
While the fund holds onto the payout from the defendant, the trustee will likely invest the funds in a secure, interest-bearing account. Because qualified settlement funds are separate tax entities they pay tax on any interest or dividend income. The after-tax income then becomes part of the settlement fund.
Do I pay taxes on a class action lawsuit settlement?
Class-action settlement proceeds are treated like proceeds from any other lawsuit. The IRS treats settlements for physical injury or sickness as non-taxable as long as the claimant did not receive a tax benefit by deducting the related medical expenses on previous years' tax returns.
