Happy Customer I am absolutely amazed at the customer service I received today. I accidentally purchased the wrong plan and had messaged these guys to advise and ask if they could put me on the plan I wanted and asked if I could get a refund for the difference that I paid. Whoever has their name on the deed is the rightful owner of the home, so it's one of the most important documents in buying or selling a home. The seller typically prepares the real estate deed, usually with the help of a title company or an attorney to ensure the property transfers successfully.
