I experienced quite a steep learning curve. Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user.

On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I immediately contacted customer service and notified them of the issue. To say that they went right into action to fix my problem would be an understatement. PDFfiller - you're service is great. At times, it is difficult to edit the pdf the way you want. There are too many steps to take in order to do what you want with your document. Eventually, I am able to get the pdf the way I want it.

I wish there were more typfaces I could use. Also, I couldn't figure out how to italicize titles within the document without it italicizing all around it. I gave up after several attempts. Wish that part were more user friendly.

So convenient and easy
I absolutely love how easy it is to pull a document and fill in information or sign and send back out. This is super simple for the constant paperwork I must complete.
It is difficult sometimes to get the size and format of wording to fit correctly.

What do you like best?
I love the fact that we can collect uploads AND money through filled PDFS
What do you dislike?
The entire site is very confusing and we have a hard time understanding where our active sheets are located within the site. We see things like "documents" and then we make a new template ... then lose which template is live and which one isn't. I also don't care for the fact that we cannot choose to have ZERO color in the field that the customer sees for filling in and I would love to be able to disable the "lock to grid" feature that is clearly on at all times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend reading through the site, reading through all the tutorials you can and getting very organized about what you are going to do before getting started.

We no longer have to deal with faxing our documents to customers to fill out, sign and fax back. We just tell them to go to our website . They are also so much more likely to complete the entire process including sending us pictures that we require and we no longer lose the pictures or get confused as to where everything is.

Builders warranty 10-year structural warranty insurance The home is covered for 10 years from the date of completion. No defects period. The new builders warranty policy protects the homeowner in the event of major structural damage, defective waterproofing and drainage.
What does NBC 10 year guarantee cover?
NBC Build mark is an insurance policy which covers you against specified risks which could be very expensive to put right. It does not provide cover for general wear and tear, condensation, normal shrinkage, damage arising from failure to maintain the property, or minor faults which first appear after the second year.
What is 10 year NBC warranty?
