It is intuitive, easy to use, provides adequate help for new users requiring guidance, and provides flexible outlets for PDF use. On the down side, I do not require a secure connection for my PDF work, and the lag in loading and saving my changes & files is distracting and unpleasant.

Very user friendly. Easy to find tools to edit, merge, etc. Was impressed that there was esign that is verified by the program. I am stil on the trial version, but I think I will continue with the paid version too as I do alot of editing to pdfs.

I have only used it once before and I like it. Some of the fill-in spaces are challenging, but I'm sure it is because I haven't mastered the software yet.

I was able to find any form that I needed to fill out. PdFiller was instrumental in helping me fill out additional tax forms needed to file my taxes. All the forms were there already! There's even away to have your documents sent/mailed to the intended party! I wish there was a way I could have a subscription for a much lower amount that's based on my usage. Right now the price point is decent for a person that uses it frequently like multiple times a day.

What is voyage charter?
Definition of voyage charter party : a charter party whereby the owner of a ship agrees to transport a full shipload of cargo owned or furnished by another person with the ship's crew and master in control of the navigation.
What is meant by voyage charter?
A voyage charter is the hiring of a vessel and crew for a voyage between a load port and a discharge port. The charterer pays the vessel owner on a per-ton or lump-sum basis. The owner pays the port costs (excluding steering), fuel costs and crew costs. The payment for the use of the vessel is known as freight.
What is the difference between time charter and voyage charter?
A voyage charter is the hiring of a vessel and crew for a voyage between a load port and a discharge port. A time charter is the hiring of a vessel for a specific period of time. The owner still manages the vessel, but the charterer selects the ports and directs the vessel where to go.
What does bare boat charter mean?
A bare boat charter or demise charter is an arrangement for the chartering or hiring of a ship or boat, whereby no crew or provisions are included as part of the agreement. Instead, the people who rent the vessel from the owner are responsible for taking care of such things.
How is the time charter different from bare boat charter?
A bare boat charter is also referred to as a demise charter. Under this the owner of the ship gives its possession to a charterer who hires his own crew and master. A time charter refers to a ship that has been hired by a person for carrying out a trade for a specific period of time.

A time charter — is a contract for the hire of a named vessel for a specified period of time. i) The charterers agree to hire from the shipowner a named vessel, of specified technical characteristics, for an agreed period of time, for the charterer's purposes subject to agreed restrictions.
What qualifications do I need to bare boat charter?
Classes can be taken at schools, but many charter companies offer certification charters as well. ASA 104, which is the school's bare boat certification course, requires students to have a minimum of 80 sailing hours as well as their basic keel boat sailing and basic coastal cruising courses as prerequisites.
