I had a little trouble finding the right form for the Post Office EDDM program. First, I got an outdated form which was corrected at the post office. When I complained to customer support, they were very helpful and I was able to access the up-to-date form.

At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then
submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to
choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but
the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list.
This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

This is awesome! I am happy to have purchased a full year subscription. As a military veteran, I am constantly filling out standard forms for military, the veterans administration, etc., so this is a great way to fill out a form neatly, and methodically, instead in my own hand writing. Thank you for this wonderful service.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! I work with PDF's every single day and that requires a software that can handle PDF files with ease and allow me to create and edit these on a moment's notice. PDFfiller is perfect for that. PDFfiller allows me to store private data fields (and documents) safely and share them with the right recipients knowing no one can intercept the private data on the way. My team and I often use the same templates on a daily/weekly basis, which saves us a lot of time all together. The interface itself is easy to use once you get the hang of things. All things considered, PDFfiller is an outstanding solution for all your business' PDF Needs.
PDFfiller took a few days to learn the basic functionality of, but that is to be expected from a software that provides us with great value.
I did not deduct any points for this as this is a very minor inconvenience.
