The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. At that point, I was trying to determine if I even wanted to purchase PDFfiller or not so why would I need an account. I finally ended up purchasing the product.

Great concept - I can finally share my documents with people. Although it would be good to be able to switch things off like the steps clip note as on some of my pages there are 300+ fields to fill in!

Very professional, highly recommended.
I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Great and simple pdf editor
Easily edit, share and secure pdf documents.
This is a basic pdf editor that does everything I need. You can edit by adding text, making notes, make tables, add a signature area, etc. It is also very secure and easy to share and collaborate. Even the free version is awesome.
It's not the fanciest, smoothest software but it gets the job done. I would like to see the interface beautified a bit.

What do you like best?
I can manage various professional documents with minimal difficulty---especially during these past few years, when electronic submissions replaced face to face meetings.
What do you dislike?
Nothing, really. All of the features are clear and easy to use.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can quickly solve issues with documents by submitting reports and documents without a worry, given the features of the platform.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

Thanks for the one-time use
You acknowledged that people need a one-time use for. While this site was great, I don't need it in the near future. You made cancelling the subscription easy and not a giant maze of site's you need to navigate through.
