I enjoy the simplicity but am annoyed that you can't use certain features without paying a higher price. $80/year is pretty high for a basic subscription.

Easy to use, anyone who I've sent a file has had no issues receiving and downloading. Some of them have told me they've gone on to use the product regularly themselves.

Nothing to do with pdffiller, but I sometimes forget to set up the files I'm uploading in the right folders. That's on me.

Under the 'documents' tab, the 2 columns on the right could be made more distinctly different from each other to denote they are in fact different. They are just two shades of gray and not that different in tone.

I have used this product six times since installing 2 days ago. This is the best PDF app I have seen in a long time. I will highly recommend it.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly.
