I like the fact I can do this online. But, being new, it's complicated finding my way around. I cannot figure out why the font changes size when completing column J - both lines.

Quite simple and handy to fill. I would have preferred using my own signature on the completed form but I had difficulty loading an image of my signature.

Great PDF
Very easy to use! Updating documents quickly is really helpful and saves me time in my practice. It's great to have the app in case I am not in my office when a change is needed.
There are a few glitches. For example, in order to save a document you have to remember to duplicate it. The emailing feature can be glitchy at times.

What do you like best?
pdfFiller gives me the tools to customize forms specific to our office and our industry. I also love the ability to create templates for new documents that I design in-house. This cuts down on costs because these templates do not have to outsourced. It is all right there at my finger tips. One additional bonus specifically for me: everyone in our office knows my handwriting is difficult to translate. PDF filler gives me a fast and efficient tool to complete documents and forms in a timely manner.

As a contractor, we have some customers that require a specific contract form. This form requires customization for each customer. pdfFiller allows me to include the specific terms and conditions in the contract while customizing it for the specific customer. This is a huge win for our company since we would normally have to outsource this contract to be completed by others.

listen I appreciate your services and recommend it to anyone based on their ability to process a financial authorization and so I didn't want PDF-filler to be discouraged but I'm sensitive to express I have to revisit your advisory environment some time after the year is up!

How is a lease bonus taxed?
Tax Treatment Pursuant to a Supreme Court Ruling (Anderson vs. Commissioner), bonus payments are treated as advance royalties. Therefore, these payments are taxed as ordinary income to the landowner. These payments are generally taxed in the year received by the taxpayer.
How are mineral rights taxed?
The royalties paid to you from the company leasing your mineral rights is based on the amount of minerals (in units such as barrels and tons) extracted. According to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the royalties earned from oil, gas and mineral properties are taxable as income.
What is a lease bonus oil and gas?
Lease Bonus (Oil and Gas) Law and Legal Definition. Lease Bonus is usually the cash consideration that is paid by the lessee for the execution of an oil and gas lease by a landowner. It is usually based on a per acre payment.
Are royalties taxed as ordinary income?
If you receive royalties from someone for use of your property, you must claim these payments as business income. Royalties from copyrights, patents, and oil, gas, and mineral properties are taxable as ordinary income. In general, any royalties you receive are considered as income in the year when you receive them.
Can you take depletion on a lease bonus?
Percentage depletion is also not available on lease bonus payments, advance royalty payments or any other amount payable without regard to production from the property.
How do I calculate cost basis for mineral rights?
Seller's cost included a stipulated amount for mineral rights. Seller's basis was the result of an estate tax valuation in which minerals and surface were valued separately.
