I had some slight issues on my 1st attempt as there were fields in different locations than a previous edition of this form, but easily was able to correct the overwriting of several fields. Worked beautifully on several previous (new) documents.

Excellent customer service/IT
I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.

I tried the software and then cancelled it. For me it was too challenging to use. However they still charged my account for a year up front. I didn't authorize that. I called and requested a refund and they gave one right away, so they said. It was just today I requested a refund so I will check my account in a few days to see if they actually sent it. If you don't see a complaint from me here on Trust Pilot then PDFFiller honored my request. My name is MarioV.

Why do bullets expand?
Expanding bullets, also known colloquially as dumdum bullets, are projectiles designed to expand on impact. This causes the bullet to increase in diameter, to combat over-penetration and produce a larger wound. This leads to a living target being incapacitated faster.
Why are expanding bullets banned?
Because the energy was roughly the same, the wounds caused by the expanding bullet of the .303 were less severe than those caused by the larger caliber, solid lead bullet used by the Martini-Henry. The German protests were effective, however, resulting in the ban of the use of expanding bullets in warfare.
