It was easy to use, my one complaint would be exporting one document at a time was time consuming. Wish I could have selected all documents to export one time.

overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

For doing signatures electronically this is fantastic! As a transplant patient, it's not a good idea to leave the house during this corona virus time, so this work as a great method to get this done.

I can just upload a document edit to my satisfaction , import signatures and auto correct to have the most professional , and correct document.

What do you like best?
I like that PDF Filler is user friendly and it's easy to navigate. I love that I can create a template and then just fill in what I need to for each customer and we can send them a form digitally for them to sign.
What do you dislike?
Occasionally customer's take a while to sign a document because they think it is spam.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use program. Creat templates you can use over and over which is great!

It's a fast, easy way to be able to send documents for our customers to sign without having to sign in person.
We have also been able to streamline some of our processes better by using PDF Filler to create documents.

How do I lock a Google document?
Hi, Karen, Password protection isn't currently supported for Google Docs. Your documents are protected by your account password. As long as you don't share a document with anyone and don't give out your account password, there isn't any way that someone else can access your document.
How do I protect a Google Doc from editing?
Open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets.
Click Data. Protected sheets and ranges.
Click Add a sheet or range or click an existing protection to edit it.
To protect a range, click Range.
Click Set permissions or Change permissions.
Choose how you want to limit editing:
Click Save or Done.
Can you lock part of a Google Doc?
You can share a file and allow students to view it only, comment on it or edit it. But you cannot protect portions of a single file. You can also have an assignment create individual copies of a file for each student. Google takes abuse of its services very seriously.
