Simple, online services that can be accessed anywhere as long as you're online, Really helpful for road-warriors, salesman on the go. User friendly and output file as your preferred file-type.

Need online access, sometimes struggling for no network access, helpful if you have the mobile apps for signing PDF Files. Also would be great if can be exported in secure PDF

I haven’t used their service but I was being charged yearly by mistake for whatever weird reason, and they immediately gave me a refund and apologized. These guys are on the ball! Couldn’t complain if I tried.

How do I save a selection from a PDF?
How to extract pages from a PDF Open the Organize Pages tool. Click the Select a File button. Open a PDF you want to extract pages from. Select Extract in the top menu. Highlight pages that you want to extract. Click Extract to extract the selected pages. Save your new PDF.
How do I change PDF preferences on Android?
Go to Settings > Apps > Select the default open with app > Clear defaults. Now, the next time you open a PDF file, select the app you would like to set as default 'open with' and select Remember my choice or Always option.
