Time is money in most professions and Real Estate is no exception. This program has saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation and has really simplified the real estate negotiation process. Seems ideal for filling Apps. Better than Acrobat Pro.
While I have only played in the app for about 15 minutes, I very much like the tools provided for completing forms. In fact, they are superior (for the purpose of form completion) to those available in Adobe Acrobat Professional. They are far more intuitive. Once I get more time in, I will likely increase my rating to five stars.

Great communication and customer service!
I haven’t used their service but I was being charged yearly by mistake for whatever weird reason, and they immediately gave me a refund and apologized. These guys are on the ball! Couldn’t complain if I tried.

I have used this program on several occasions and it is easy to use and makes filling out forms and sending them an easy task

Reasonable but not fantastic
Pretty decent, I'm not sure it's the best PDF software available, but it's not bad and can complete most tasks you'd ask of it.
The software works for the most part well and allows the signing and creation of forms, handy for mild administrative use.
Support seems limited to live chat only, which is a bit of pain if something goes wrong. It could also do with a mobile app which I don't believe there is currently.

How do I save a PDF as a PDF on my iPhone?
Follow these steps to save PDF to iPhone. Find your file. On your iPhone, tap the PDF to open it. Share to save. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen. Export to your smartphone. Tap Save to books or another desired app. You can now locate your PDF on your iPhone.
