Go to the Project > Invoices tab.
Click on the Invoice Tab.
Click on an invoice row, where you have already issued the invoice.
Click the 'Save the invoice as a PDF attachment on a new email' button in the invoice tab toolbar.
How do I send an invoice from QuickBooks as a PDF?
Click Invoices on the left menu.
Select an invoice that you'll want to send.
Hit the Action drop-down and tick Export as PDF.
Open the file and download them on your computer.
