It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

Great features, love the ruler that lets you type straight every line unlike Adobe Acrobat. I really like the compatibility with mobile phones to create your digital signature. Overall I was quite happy and impressed with the software. It would be great if the trial period was longer.

Some elements of the interface gets a bit busy. It ends up leaving me with a somewhat small visual operating space. It is worth mentioning, though, that this has improved a bit in the last six months or so.

I'm using the templates to edit and send out letters, which I like. I'm also sometimes using the direct email function.

Perfect for my needs!
I found it super easy to use - was looking for a product like this and it really met my needs! I have used it for basic tasks and it works great.
I feel like if I ever want to do more creative documents that I will need more training. This feature is a bit complicated to me.

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. I adore PDFFiller they are great to help when small issues arise , and when you get frustrated with items not working . The staff is always ready to help and does not treat the customers like a number. I feel it is some of the best money we spend every year.We do not have a business , but we have to deal with many government offices and this is a great way to be able to fax and email and even mail via your local mail carrier and edit things that need to be sent.
