With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I've signed up for the 30 days trial to fill out an important form via PDF file. Work & covid has been occupying me so much that I forgot to cancel my free trial. I sent in a ticket and spoke to a staff named Phoebe. She replied extremely fast, understood my situation and proceeded to help me with my refund.
I am very satisfied with the outcome & would recommend pdfFiller to everyone as their customer support is top notch.

I used this for a work purpose. It made my task a lot easier. Only needed it as a one off, so cancelled my subscription by contacting them. Fast, efficient customer support.

Used the product a few times (PDF editor) and really liked it but disn't use it enough to warrant purchase. I forgot to cancel the free trial and was charged the annual fee a few weeks later. The company immediately refunded me when I requested it, and did so without question or issue.

What do you like best?
OMG! I can’t said enough about it. I have use it so many times, why to overpaid for Adobe acrobat or similar when you can have this? I recommend it to everyone who needs to edit, rearrange and send PDFs.

I don’t really dislike anything, maybe I would like the notarize option to let you do multiple signatures/ persons in the same document

I find that it was ok except the fact of having to put my credit card in for doing something the same day.. for a 30 day trial. ABSOLUTELY SAD :(

What do you like best?
This platform is an online pdf editor, electronic signature manager and creator of PDF forms, you can send them by fax, obtain complete copies of the PDF forms sent and signed, you can also automatically extract data from Excel, CRM or database data. Share the documents by email, social networks and you can also place them on your company website.
What do you dislike?
We have not had any problems with this platform, the performance has been satisfactory, the pdf files are relatively basic and do not present any type of error, it seemed a good option after using other platforms with negative results, but this has been totally different.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is fully recommended, the results obtained have been very gratifying and satisfactory. You simplify a large part of the work that allows you to save time even you maintain a constant work flow. Share documents through email, social networks among others. In general it is very complete and a good option for all companies.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use PDFfiller, to obtain and receive forms from our clients, sending e-mail is excellent to communicate, this drastically reduces follow-up time and interaction failures with our work team. We also obtained a significant increase in work flow since I simplified the handling of many documents such as W-4 in addition to insurance renewals and bank authorizations. We perform a conversion of file formats such as Word to Pdf daily and with ease, we are happy with the results.

How do I search and Redact in PDF?
Select Search & Remove Text. In the search results, click the plus sign (+) next to the document name to see all occurrences of the word or phrase. Then, select the occurrences you want to mark for redaction: To select all occurrences in the list, select Check All.
Is there a way to detect edited PDF?
If you go to the document properties of a PDF file (control or command d), if the proper metadata is available, it will list the creation date and time and modified date and time. This can help you determine if a pdf file has been modified since creation.
Is there a way to search text in a PDF?
Use the Find command to search a PDF. You can search for words and phrases on a PDF file by simply using the Find command. Press Ctrl+F if you're using a Windows computer device, or press Command+F if you're using a Mac computer.
How to anonymize a PDF?
Right-click (Windows) or control-click (Mac OS) the comment or edit and select Properties. c. Under General delete the author name. Type in “Reviewer” or “Anonymous” or leave the author field blank.
