On first blush,this is a fine tool. I have a limited number of documents. So this works great. Simple. Easy to follow. Support answered some not so obvious questions quickly and easily. Well done. I have one question or suggestion..I would like to merge a couple of my documents...but don't want to pay for a full upgrade for just two or three uses. Can you offer a "yeah we'll let you do this" one off pricing for someone like me? Would be very helpful. (I will also say I tried several of the competing products...and this was far easier to use)

I want to start by saying that this program exceeded my expectations! It not only delivers on everything it promises but goes above and beyond. I used it for a marketing class, and it made the entire process seamless and straightforward. When I encountered a billing issue, the support team resolved it promptly—even during a holiday weekend! I think 40 dollars is too much, but...
I think 40 dollars is too much, what you offer is well worth it except for the fact that it's a service I would only use occasionally. So 40 bucks every month is way too much for me. But I do love what you offer.

PDF editor that does the job.
It does the job to edit documents to avoid printing and scanning official documents.
I was impressed that I could place the cursor and be able to edit any online document. This enabled me to print or send a document without having to print ad scan the document.
It was difficult lining up the cursor or lining up where I could input information on the document. I would have appreciated a tutorial that was available at the beginning of the trial or purchase.

Software works well
Software works well, I just don't like that they allow you to go all the way through editing your first document before slapping down the paywall.
