Excellent product but my learning curve is quite steep. I am not familiar with a lot of things younger users are familiar with. Leads to a lot of fumbling around, but the on-line service chats were very helpful.

It was interesting using the PDFfiller on two different computers. On one I couldn't get the scroll down bar easily, whereas on the other it was simple. Don't know why. I also noticed that there were different options to determine exactly where on a line you could type, however, it was difficult to gauge.
FYI: I just started using this application.

Marie from the Customer Support Center worked with me promptly to ensure I received a refund. It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity. My intention was to cancel my subscription prior to renewal, but unfortunately I experienced a death in the family and was unable to cancel in a timely manner. I noticed the charge on my account today and immediately contacted PDFFiler customer support. Within 10-15 minutes of my request, I received confirmation that I would receive my refund. How much will my Section 8 voucher be?
Under the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program, most tenants will pay 30% of their monthly income. The Public Housing Authority that issued and approved the voucher will pay the landlord the remainder of the rent and utility costs.
How does Section 8 Determine your voucher amount?
Your PHA will calculate the maximum voucher amount. The maximum amount is usually the 30% of a family's monthly adjusted income minus the payment standard OR 30% of monthly adjusted income minus the rent payment, whichever is less.
Can you charge more for Section 8?
While federal law prohibits you from charging more rent to Section 8 tenants than you would unsubsidized renters, you can charge more than HUD's fair market statistics. Bear in mind, however, that HUD does not allow Section 8 families to spend more than 40 percent of their household incomes on rent and utilities.

How much is a Section 8 voucher for?
Generally, a family must pay 30% of its income or, at least, $50 for rent and utilities, whichever is higher. The voucher covers the remaining costs, up to a cap, known as a payment standard, set by your PHA. Your PHA will calculate the maximum voucher amount.
