I had to amend my 2014 federal taxes, and when I went in to the form, it brought me onto your site. I filled out the form and went to print when I found out that there was a cost for the program. SAM/ JULZ WAS WONDERFUL! SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT! After spending hours trying to fix the problem earlier and having no luck with the calling from billing dept. One agent hung up on me! He came to the rescue, worked to TEACH ME how to walk through the issue and solve the problem. I am so grateful! Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

What do you like best?
The ability to edit almost any part of a pdf has saved me on countless hours of retyping a document for one minor change. The interface is very easy as well
What do you dislike?
The only improvement I would like to see is the ability to remove sections (cut) and move others into the opening. I may be a novice and this ability does exist, but if it does not, I personally would find it beneficial
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am able to correct sentances, paragraphs or simply small typos. The ability to adjust those without redoing an entire document is an amazing benefit.

A Time Saver for Any Business who deals with PDFs
Extremely satisfied. We had no idea how much time we were spending on PDF management prior to PDF Filler. A huge benefit for us when we discovered this tool.
We work in a heavy regulatory environment, so the ability to edit and amend PDFs quickly and in a compliant manner is huge. The Tool is amazingly user friendly and a huge time saver.
We'd like to see them expand to different document sets. As our business grows we anticipate additional unique document types. It does PDFs well but it limited.

How do I check server logs?
Log on to the Web server computer as Administrator.
Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
Double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Internet Services Manager.
Select the Website from the list of different served sites in the pane on the left.
How do I check error logs?
Click Windows Start button > Type event in Search programs and files field.
Select Event Viewer.
Navigate to Windows Logs > Application, and then find the latest event with Error in the Level column and Application Error in the Source column.
Copy the text on the General tab.
How do I check Windows server logs?
Right-click on the Start button and select Control Panel > System & Security and double-click Administrative tools.
Double-click Event Viewer.
Select the type of logs that you wish to review (ex: Application, System)
How do I see errors in event viewer?
To view events: Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Event Viewer. In the console tree, right-click the appropriate log file. A list of events in the log file is displayed in the details' pane of Event Viewer.
