I love the program. The smart folder...not a fan. Do not like that we have to "tag" them and I would prefer to just make and name my own folders and move PDF docs into them as I wish (like windows mail).

I like that you can save the template for a certificate of insurance or an application and send it out that way. It still saves it as new but also creates the new Document.

The same feature that I love so much, isn’t quite as easy to navigate on the App. It’s super easy on the full online version though.

The best feature of PDFFiller is its ease of use, whether it's editing documents, signing documents, and then being able to access your documents anywhere by logging onto the site, as opposed to being constrained if you don't have your computer files with you.
What do you dislike?
Some of the option menus should be improved upon, especially as far as layout and ease of finding what you need, it's a bit counterintuitive though with experience that becomes less of an issue.

Easy to use & Quick
My business is all about paperwork. Everything is time sensitive and I could not get things done without PDFfiller. I use it daily. The ease of use is so important to me. I don't have time to learn difficult programs.
Easy to upload docs from anywhere, rearrange pages, make corrections, save as PDF and save or email. You can name your files and go back to them when needed. The dashboard is easy to navigate. I have used this software for years and they are always improving and adding new features.
I have had trouble uploading an occasional document but customer service fixed the issue each time. Sometimes my document is too large which is frustrating, they have a size limit. Also, a document with signatures from another software company (e-sign) sometimes don't come thru.

I recommend this product.
This program makes it so easy to fill out any PDF. It really helps in our office for everything to appear highly professional.
It is taking me awhile to learn this software, but I think that once I master it that it will be very helpful in our office.

I`m using Adobe and pdf filler. I find pdf filler easier to use for marking up docs etc which is all I have used it for so far. I am interested in learning more functionalities.

How to tell what type of finish is on a table?
The most common types of treatments are oil, shellac, lacquer, varnish and polyurethane. Polyurethane, Shellac, Varnish and Lacquer – Use a cotton swab with acetone on it and apply to the wood. If it becomes tacky, than it is shellac or varnish and if it beads, it has a polyurethane finish.
What is the easiest wood sealer to use?
Wood wax is generally considered the easiest type of finish to apply. You simply wipe it on and buff it off. The only caveat is to apply it very sparingly just a dab at a time. After letting the wax dry for 10 to 15 minutes, simply buff it with a clean cloth.
How do I know what finish my hardwood is?
Run your hand over the floor surface. If you can feel the wood grain, the finish is probably a penetrating finish. Select an inconspicuous area of the floor surface and apply a small amount of paint remover. If the finish bubbles up, it is most likely a surface finish.
How do you identify furniture finish?
If the surface becomes sticky, the finish is lacquer or a water-based finish. The latter was rarely used before the 1990s, so lacquer is the only candidate on older pieces. If the surface remains undamaged by the lacquer thinner, you have a reactive finish such as varnish.
How to tell if finish is oil or water based?
Gather together a cotton ball, and a little rubbing alcohol. Dampen the cotton ball with the alcohol, and begin to wipe it along the woodwork. If, after the alcohol has dried, the woodstain is a little lighter in color, then you know that the stain is water based. Oil based stains really don't react to alcohol at all.
How can I tell what finish is on my table?
3 things you can do. Apply denatured alcohol or a strong alcohol to a small, inconspicuous place. If it softens, it's shellac finish. If it's not shellac, apply lacquer thinner to the piece in the same manner. If it softens now, it's lacquer. If you have no luck with 1 and 2 then it's a varnish.
What is the best finish for a coffee table?
Go with a polyurethane varnish. It's super tough, fairly heat resistant, easy to apply and usually turns out looking great. Both oil-based and water-based formulas are good choices, but most oil-based polys will cause the wood to take on a slightly amber tone (which I like), and it dries slowly.
