I worked fine for my needs of filling in a PDF file and saving it with data. I would like to see the ability to CREATE a fillable PDF file that I could distribute to others to fill out, save, and return to me.

Very limited use so far. Can't figure out how to select another form, either of the same type just completed or a different form without going back to the start page manually. Otherwise so far so good.

It works great, but is very expensive for how often I will use it. I wish there was an option to purchase some sort of punch card or to pay per use instead of paying $20/month, which is outrageous if you are not using it daily.

It's very easy to log on away from your desk to edit and send a document for a signature. I'm a logistics manager and I'm always on the go and most of the time I get phone calls away from my desk so its handy to be able to pull this software up on my phone to send important documents - especially customs paperwork when zip need to

How do I write a letter of salary adjustment?
Evaluate your position in the company. Before composing your letter, evaluate the market value of your job first. Write down all of your accomplishments. Don't ignore the perks. Include supporting materials. Other considerations to keep in mind.
How do you politely ask for salary?
Be polite but direct in asking about the starting salary. Show enthusiasm for the position. If the company has asked whether you're interested in the job, you should thank them for their message, state that the position does sound interesting, and then write “May I ask what the salary range is?”
How do I ask for my last paycheck?
Call your boss to inquire about the status of your last paycheck if you don't receive it by the state-mandated time frame. Courteously greet your boss then explain that you're calling to check on your paycheck because you haven't received it. If your boss says it was mailed to you, confirm the address.
What do I do if I haven't received my last paycheck?
If you don't receive your final paycheck, or it doesn't include all the compensation you are owed, contact your state labor department or labor commissioner. There should be an expedited process for filing a complaint against your employer. You may also want to contact an employment lawyer to discuss your options.
Why have I not received my last paycheck?
If you don't receive your final paycheck on time, or you receive only part of what you are owed, you have two options: You can file a complaint with the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (ELSE) or you can file a lawsuit against your employer.
Does an employer have to mail your last paycheck?
You must provide the employee's final paycheck. Although last paycheck laws vary by state, giving a terminated employee their final paycheck on their last day can simplify your employer responsibilities. That way, you don't need to mail the paycheck or have the employee pick it up from your business at a later date.
How long does it take to receive your last paycheck?
Last check must be given within 72 hours. However, if employee is laid off, the employer may wait until the next scheduled payday. Last check must be given on the next scheduled payday or within 72 hours (if the employee gave at least one pay period's notice).
What do I do if I don't receive my paycheck?
Contact your employer (preferably in writing) and ask for the wages owed to you. If your employer refuses to do so, consider filing a claim with your state's labor agency. File a suit in small claims court or superior court for the amount owed.
