I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. All in all, I love the program and am thankful for such a convenient and manageable product.

some forms are not as well created. would be nice to be able to tab between fields. or when clicking in fields that should all be within the same horizontal line it would be nice if they automatically lined up rather than having to be moved like individual text boxes.

PDFFiller saved my books! PDFFiller saved my books! As a young author, I had no idea what I was doing and deleted my original documents once the books were published. I only kept the print-ready PDFs. Years later, I realized there were a lot of spelling mistakes and errors in them, and wanted to re-publish. Since the books had photos, I couldn't simply convert to a doc. Most PDF tools online didn't work, or put on watermarks. PDFFiller allowed me to edit the text in the PDFs, to correct the spelling mistakes, and merge the documents into one cohesive PDF again. I was able to republish an edited book without the original documents, thanks to PDFFiller. The one thing I missed that could make this a fantastic tool- the original book was 8.5x11. I wanted to republish at 6x9. I ended up having to resize it through a different tool, which simply shrunk everything instead of being able to directly resize the content. Due to that, the book appears much smaller on the pages than it should, and I've received some complaints that it's harder to read. If PDFFiller had a viable PDF resize tool that worked to resize the content versus simply shrinking the document, it would be a stellar addition to the repertoire.

edit your PDFs as the best. 1.- It's Free. although there are some functions that are paid, for daily use just a free account which is very good. 2.- Pretty friendly and friendly interface. Everything is understandable and the use of the program is very easy to understand. 3.- Its use can be integrated with dropbox, googlr drive, box and onedrive. 3.- You can use files that are in your pc, your cloud or in some website (in this case you just have to enter the link). 4.- with the built-in editor you can add images, scratch, write in the text, delete sectors, hide words or paragraphs with black, add lines, and many other things. 5.- You can save your work in pdf, word, excel or powerpoint format. It also includes the option to send via mail, fax or simply share the link. the bad thing, is that if or if you must register to use it, which perhaps is not something serious, but the program forces you to do so.

This is a lifesaver This program has made such a difference. We use it to edit our PDF documents online all the time. Great! The learning curve was steep but we are now over it and everything is working fine. Just remember to save your docs frequently.

Print and Share Invoices Visit Invoices in your online Square Dashboard > create a new invoice. In the payment drop-down, select Share Invoice Manually > select a payment due date. Finish filling out the invoice > click Create. ... Click More > Download PDF to save the invoice as a PDF or print it for your customer.
Head to squareup.com/receipts. Enter the amount of the charge as seen your statement, transaction date, expiration date, and last 4 digits of the payment card used for this transaction. Click Look up receipt to view your web receipt.
When a payment is completed using Square, customers can receive an email or text message receipt. If an email address or phone number is entered incorrectly (or if a merchant enters their own), the receipt may be sent to the wrong recipient. This receipt doesn't mean that a card was charged.
Navigate to Transactions on your online Square Dashboard. Above your transactions and sales, select Customer from the dropdown menu. Enter the customer name you'd like to search for.

You can customize the appearance of your invoices and customer-facing receipts from your online Square Dashboard. To start customizing invoices and receipts, visit Account & Settings > Receipt. The appearance of both invoices and digital receipts is managed from this page.
Go to Account & Settings in your online Dashboard. Click Business Information on the left side of the page. Update your information and click Save.
To add a logo to your receipts, just head to Receipt section of your Square Dashboard. You'll see the Digital Receipt Logo area, where you can upload an image.
