I was shocked to learn AFTER I PAID that the "monthly" payment touted in 3 big choice boxes was ONLY and effective cost IF I paid an annual fee IN FULL. THAT WAS NOT CLEAR and I feel duped. However, I am extremely pleased with what you offer AND the ease of using your site. It is well worth the 29.99/month vs what I thought was 9.99. You really need to make that clear for your customers, though. Don't start a customer relationship with the customer feeling duped or tricked.

I loved it but need to know more about how to use it I dont know how to blank out the form once I have filled it out, saved it, and put it in the folder. I want to use it again but it has the old information on it help email me my phone is broken and i will not have it back until tomorrow

Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter. Can you help me with this log-in issue? honestly was harder to understand the first time, but I came back a few weeks later and in just that time it had become much more intuitive and to me seems to flow perfectly!

Was a little cumbersome at first, but was able to figure out on own which says a lot about a computer program minus an instruction booklet. Yeah, I'm a little on the geek side.

dont have time to write down proper review, however all necessary features is present, the only lacking feature is to change XML to PDF and from PDF to XML
