The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). It edits pdf that other application or websites cannot do.It is convenient to make multiple pdf documents.I like the idea that i can also sign any document using pdffiller.
The fact that you have to pay for it in order to use the free version.

This program works great!
This program works great, sometimes things are a little off once you download and certain documents are easily editable while others can be a pain in the butt. Overall I like it & I think it's great. I would definitely use it & recommend it.

The only feature I don't see (maybe I've missed it) that would be helpful is the ability to spilt a document.Otherwise, it's super easy to use.

Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.
