I made the mistake of subscribing to a… I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named Sam and within 5 minutes, Sam had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, Sam fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. Great customer support!

Your book proposal's table of contents should contain the following sections: Overview. Marketing. Promotion. Competing Books. About the Author. List of Chapters. Chapter-by-chapter Summaries. Sample Chapters.
Formatting Your Book Proposal We recommend 1.5 spacing throughout the proposal, with the exception of the cover letter (single-spaced) and the sample chapters (double-spaced). Here are some pro tips: Use a common font, such as Times New Roman 12-point font; Use standard margins.
Formatting a book proposal A book proposal is a lot like a manuscript, but in addition to the sample chapters, it has a section that functions like a business plan, with an overview, author bio, audience analysis, comparative and competitive titles, marketing, publicity, and promotion.
First and foremost, your proposal needs to be readable. Avoid using cursive or hard-to-read fonts, too much color, underlining of non-links, small spacing, or other distractions. While few donors have strict guidelines on formatting, 12 pt. font in Arial or Times New Roman with 1.5 spacing is fairly standard.
Unless specified differently by the publishing house, here's the format to use when you write a book proposal: Spacing: Single-spaced text but double-spaced for your sample chapters.
When not specified, it's best to stick with a standard font that everyone is familiar with so it's easy to read. The most common proposal fonts are Arial (or some variation, such as Arial Narrow) or Times New Roman.
To increase the readability of your proposal and to prevent it from looking too “busy,” it's best to use no more than three fonts in your proposal template. A suggested list is: Arial for headings (e.g., font size 16 for Heading 1 and size 13 for Heading 2) Times New Roman 12 point for body text.
