I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Some of the advanced feature require a great learning time from the end user. Sometime you would not get expected results while converting a Pdf to word in terms of change in formatting which is difficult to edit. Sometimes the tools is slow while working on large size files.

Very professional and good customer support
I forgot to cancel the auto renewed subscription after my free trial and they got back to me within a day and were also very responsive. I got refunded immediately even though it was my fault for not cancelling.

PdfFiller is truly worth it!
My overall experience has been amazing. PdfFiller is user friendly and pretty affordable too. I use this software to edit and sign work documents, so it has made my life a lot easier. I would recommend this software to anyone and everyone!
I love the convenience that PdfFiller gives me. I love that I can easily edit my documents without encountering any problems. It saves me the time and admin of having to download, manually filling-in documents and scanning them. My work documents look more professional.
I have not experienced any cons as yet ever since I have started using this software.

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.
