Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. It certainly resolved my issue and I was glad to upgrade my previous rating of PDF filler to 5 stars! Great customer service!

PDFfiller.com has been the most reliable and simple piece of software I have used for this type of work in a long time. Adobe has made things quite expensive and your product has been the lifesaver many times. Simple to use, end product is of high quality. That is what I was looking for and found it on PDFfiller.

Overall, it was good. Saying it is free is misleading. I understand marketing, but I spent A TON of time filing out a document only to find out the only way I could retrieve it was to pay for a subscription which I would then have cancel to make it "free". The other issue was that when the document was converted it shuffled page 2 with page 3 and the only way I could correct it was to upgrade the subscription. I would not spend the additional money when I print it and scan it back in the correct order. Again I'm sure it was an additional money making opportunity for you, but not worth the cost for me.

Convenient and easy tool! I've used pdfFiller since 2016. Easy to use, and has been great for converting, editing and merging documents and forms. I love that unlike programs like Adobe Acrobat I can access and use pdfFiller from anywhere. It has been convenient for work and home use. Had to convert and digitally sign legal documents from Word to PDF today and no one involved had any suitable programs, but I had the solution with pdfFiller!

How to Use the Form App - Digital Signature Feature

The Form App - Digital Signature feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add digital signatures to your forms. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the pdfFiller website or app and log in to your account.

Upload the form you want to add a digital signature to. You can either choose a form from your pdfFiller account or upload a new form from your device.

Once the form is uploaded, click on the 'Form App' tab at the top of the page.

In the Form App, select the 'Digital Signature' feature from the available options.

A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to choose the location where you want to add the digital signature. Click on the desired area of the form to place the signature field.

Customize the signature field by adjusting its size and position. You can also add additional fields, such as date or initials, if needed.

After customizing the signature field, click on the 'Save' button to apply the changes.

To add your digital signature, click on the signature field you just created. A signature toolbar will appear, giving you options to draw, type, or upload your signature.

Choose the method you prefer to add your signature. If you choose to draw or type your signature, use your mouse or touchpad to create the signature. If you choose to upload your signature, select the file from your device.

On the Forms tab, in the Form Fields group, click Digital Signature. On a page of the PDF document, click and drag a rectangle to define the size position of the signature. Do one of the following:
It's easy! You just go to your field options on the left-hand sidebar, scroll down to Signature, drop it into your form, and it'll be automatically added. Once you publish your online form, you'll see that your users can sign their name, clear it if they aren't happy, and continue to submit the form with ease.
Drag & drop PDF. Simply drag and drop your PDF into the area above or click on the link to choose your file. Sign PDF. To sign PDF online, click on the document, select a signature type, create your electronic signature, and add it to the document. Download PDF. Click DONE to save your changes.

For online applications that insert the signature you create, you generally select sign document or a similar instruction and then click okay or apply signature to complete the process. Enter your first name, middle initial, last name and suffix if applicable in the fields requesting the information.
