4 starts because of great chat support but some features I would change. Like when filling out fillable form, I don't like how the instruction window follows you through the entire document. Most other online forms don't have this because they assume the form is self-explanatory. The feature is cumbersome, like dragging around dead weight. Anyways, that is my input.

What do you like best?
I like the ability to electronically sign documents.
What do you dislike?
I wish I was able to edit the text in documents without the formatting getting messed up because it only allows for the addition of new text boxes or adding to existing ones which causes the formatting issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of having to print out and fax documents which can be time consuming. It has really benefited my company to be able to sign and send documents electronically making for a smoother more efficient experience.

What do you like best?
pdfFiller has enabled us to go paperless thanks to its editing and pre-fill capacity. It also helps us in not printing the PDF file when soft files can be edited with pdfFiller.

A new signature template would be appreciated

pdfFiller is mostly used for editing PDF documents, signing important contracts, emails, training PDF files, filling up Tax PDF files, employment agreement without having to print it.

Overall experience has been great ! This tool helps to merge, convert to pdf as well as edit pdfs as needed on the fly. The software has came in handy to sign documents electronically, quickly edit portions of pdf.
Great tool for editing pdfs. I mean you could edit very little detail in the pdf and you wouldn't even know if it was changed. All in one package that gives tremendous flexibility with converting word documents to pdf, editing scanned images by converting them to pdfs as well as getting and authorizing with ability to get electronic signatures. With this software you don't need Docu Sign !!
Cant erase back ground color for edited text. Edited text should appear seamless and not show signs of editing. Cursor movements and moving of text boxes needs alignment and calibration for more accuracy. There needs to be a way to revert back the changes done. Payment processing and charges need to be clear and upfront without any disguise.

Easy & fast customer service
I realized that my account was still active-- and I was still being billed-- after leaving my last role. I reached out to the support team on the chat function and they quickly resolved the issue for me-- canceling the transaction right away.

Great Customer Service!
I hadn't realized That I was getting billed, and for 9 months, I was paying for a service I only used once. Ryan helped me over the customer support, and helped me find the email I had used (it wasn't my main account), and helped me cancel the subscription for a full refund. He was super nice about it to, so I figured I'd review him.

Pdfiler is awesome editing tool and really helps in composing forms/papers. But their customer service seems absent.

How to Use the Form Application - DSI Feature
The Form Application - DSI feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily create and fill out forms using the Dynamic Stamp Image (DSI) technology. Follow these steps to make the most of this feature:

Access the Form Application - DSI feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and navigating to the 'Forms' section.

Click on the 'Create Form' button to start a new form.

Choose the desired template for your form or upload your own PDF document.

Once the form is loaded, you can begin adding fields and elements to it. Use the toolbar on the left side of the screen to select the type of field you want to add, such as text fields, checkboxes, or radio buttons.

Customize the appearance and behavior of each field by clicking on it and adjusting the settings in the right panel. You can change the font, size, color, and alignment of text fields, as well as set validation rules for input fields.

If you want to add a Dynamic Stamp Image (DSI) to your form, click on the 'DSI' button in the toolbar. Select the desired stamp from the available options or upload your own custom stamp.

Place the DSI on the form by clicking on the desired location. You can resize and rotate the stamp as needed.
