At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list. This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

After a slow start and feeling misled by the "fill in your form for free" and then having to pay, I did get a full refund. The tech support was excellent - they were the only ones, that I could find, that could get me the rather complex fill in form from NY State Tax authorities (RP-5217). I still feel I should not have to pay a third party to file a required tax form - but that is an issue I'll have to take up with NYS, wish me good luck with that one.

At first I did have problems figuring out how to use it. I don't see a "copy/paste" button and wish there was one. Overall, as I start to use it more and more I am liking it. Regards.

What do you like best?
I like the fact that you have send a document via text or email to have someone electronically sign it. I also like the fact that you can edit PDF documents! It used to be so hard to get anything done at my current job but now I can edit Bill of Laidings, Commerical invoices.... etc.
What do you dislike?
nothing! this software is truly amazing!

What do you like best?
It has a lot of features but not overly complicated. There is a lot of function, and it runs smoothly.

Occasionally navigation of the sight has been sticky.

I am always needing to combine multiple PDF files into one, and then do some filling and signing. PDF Filler has sped that process up.

Excellent tools Excellent tools. I tried it today on one form on free trial. I won't carry on with the subscription because I find the prices really high and I rarely need this type of service. Also, I don't like the deceiving ways of this business where they make you believe it's all free with no commitments until after you've spent the time to edit the document. When you try to download or print etc that's when you are stopped and asked to choose a subscription and give your bank details.

SSA stands for Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements, which is overseen by The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and more specifically the Auditing Standards Board (ASB).
SSA 18 is a series of enhancements aimed to increase the usefulness and quality of SOC reports, now, superseding SSA 16, and, obviously the relic of audit reports, SAS 70. All organizations are now required to issue their System and Organization Controls (SOC) Report under the SSAE-18 standard in an SOC 1 Report.
SSA stands for Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements. SSAS were set forth by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The first step to understanding SSA 18 requirements is understanding what SSA means.
SSA 18 includes three types of reports that review different aspects of a company's operations. The Service and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 report focuses on security and privacy. While IT organizations aren't required to meet these standards, we receive a yearly SOC 2 evaluation to offer the best services possible.
In other words, SSA is used to regulate how companies conduct business, and more specifically it defines how companies report on compliance controls. These reports are called SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3. SOC 1 is a control report for service organizations, which pertains to internal control over financial reports.
The biggest change from SSA 16 to SSA 18 relates to the monitoring of subservice organizations. Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSA) No. 18 will go into effect on May 1, 2017. A change for the SOC report auditors will include a more detailed risk assessment on the service organization.
The SSA 16 audit will result in a Service Organization Control (SOC) 1 report. This report focuses on internal controls over financial reporting. While a SOC 2 report includes service auditor testing and results, a SOC 3 report provides only the system description and auditor opinion.
SOC 2 Report Trust Services Criteria. The SOC 2 report focuses on a business's non-financial reporting controls as they relate to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of a system, as opposed to SOC 1/SSA 18 which is focused on the financial reporting controls.
