I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. good. It took awhile for me to figure out how to print it, but it thought I was on actual disability website and when found it was a fee I got discouraged because I felt it was misleading, but after I used it I felt better.

Just subscribed but my first form was excellently done. Intuitive and easy to negotiate the Dashboard. I really liked the alignment lines that assist to keep things neat when typing data into the field. Look forward to learning more about the capabilities. Thanks

Very useful service. Trying to create a fillable pdf is made simple. Although when it's downloaded, one or two areas are not fillable anymore so have to do it again.

I utilize the feature for certificates of insurance. It’s very nice to have the mobile app to be able to use that when I’m on the go .
What do you dislike?
The way it saves documents or re-saves them or use as a template is very confusing . And not all of the options on the desktop version are also available on the mobile version .

This is an awesome program. I've searched for a long time and haven't been satisfied with what was available on the internet. This is a program that does what it says it can do and does it very well... finally!

Im still in my trail period but I am very impressed with this PDFfiller. Its super easy to use and I think im going to purchased it for the year. It makes filling out commercial insurance applications easy to do in a very timely manner.

It's easy to work with. Wish there was a "clear all" button so that I wouldn't have to close and open back up to start a new form, but overall, great product

Support is good but last release is bad
I am really fond of their support team. They are very friendly and provide all help the can. But that's not enough for good product. Support can't fix bugs or make it good for tablets. Try harder.
