Though perhaps a bit expensive, PDFfiller.com is extremely well-designed, feature-rich and easy to use. While I have no complaints about the basic product, I was bothered by design feature that seemed to insist that I enroll in a more expensive tier of service without giving me the chance to opt out or cancel. Any popup page that requires a user to select - and pay for! - a more expensive service level should always include "close" and "cancel" options. While I'm still a bit troubled by this aspect of PDFfiller's site design, when I raised the issue with your support staff, Ellilou Ilano quickly responded and helped resolve my problem.

Great until I realized I couldn't use one form to save in different ways. I had to go back and delete and rewrite for each person I was filling the form out for.

This program is a wonderful tool for those in need of completing documents with step by step instructions & returning later if need be. I appreciate those who assist with making this free program. I love this program! I am in an area where I do not have a land line or ability to fax and now I can! I also love the feature where I can erase and correct documents without having to recreate the entire document.

I was able to get the rental applications done for my house rental.
Super easy to use. Clear instructions, I found enjoyable to use this software. I'm not that good with computers but I was able to use it without much difficulties.
I can't think of anything that I didn't like. I had to take a little more time to find out how to get confirmation of my forms I sent, other than that it was fast and easy.

Must Have!
This program is awesome for creating new contracts or clients, you can even email it and have them sign online.
It automatically charges you for a year so make sure you choose monthly billing if you would like to be billed differently than annual.
