Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. A must have!!
This is a must have for anyone that uses PDF's alot. It can save you a ton of time.
This software is awesome, I love that you can take any PDF and alter it. It is easy to use and comes in handy.
I wish this software was more set up like Word, as in the features and where things are located. Some of the features are hard to find.

Great customer service support
Great customer service support. They have always been responsive on a timely manner when I need help. I use them to submit 1099 forms to the IRS. They even developed a 'fix' to their form so that I could submit a form for an employee that lives out of the country.

The initial setup went smoothly. Once I figured how to save the documents with the correct name after duplicating the original form, I had no problems.

Smooth fillable process
Smooth fillable process. It's just the end of the process, saving the document and accessing it that I still need to get used to. I don't feel too comfortable as I feel like my documents are not easily accessible if I forget my password. I guess it's a matter of getting used to. Also is there a charge sometime in the future for this?
