i was upset with the fact i could not print/save the doc after editing it, but after shooting a rant to support, they responded within the hour and gave me a 30 day trial run. i really like the app, and you guys really should consider doing a 30 day trial right off the bat, first sign up. anyhow, service rocks, i will def toss some cash yalls way when my trial runs out :)

Is a signature considered personal data?

Typical examples of biometric data include data provided by fingerprints, retinal patterns, facial structure, voices, and also hand geometry, vein patterns or even some deeply ingrained skill or other behavioral characteristic (e.g. handwritten signature, keystrokes, particular way to walk or to speak, etc).

What data does GDPR apply to?

The GDPR applies to 'personal data', which means any information relating to an identifiable person who can be directly or indirectly identified in particular by reference to an identifier. You can find more detail in the key definitions section of our Guide to the GDPR.

Is GDPR applicable to individuals?

The GDPR applies to processing carried out by organizations operating within the EU.
