Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). Great Tool! My experience has been great thus far. The use is seamless whether on my tablet, laptop, or phone, however, it's much easier to use on a laptop due to screen size. I am able to conduct business, receive faxes, scan items, edit forms, and more while on the go. This makes life a BREEZE! I am never really disconnected from work unless I choose to be. I would say the monthly payments are ongoing and never end. In real life, things like software have a finite value, however, I haven't seen an all-inclusive tool for less.

Really convenient with good functionality Its versatility mainly. There are a good range of functions that make the use of the product very easy. It would be useful to have a larger range of fonts as sometimes the lack of variety is restrictive and therefore some documents cannot be created.

ease of use could be a little better The signature feature is wonderful. Tabbing around the form is easy. It makes signing documents very convenient instead of having to print them out and sign and fax or send back. It seems like each time I try to do something new, it costs extra. Example is signatures. Only holds 3 signatures.

PDF Filler makes my job EASIER! PDF Filler makes my work so much easier. I am a teacher and I need to change PDF files all the time to meet my students needs. So, before I would print out the original and have to white out what I needed gone and make a copy. How do I hide a fillable field in PDF?

You hide the field, by opening its property dialog, go to the General tab, and then change “visible” to “hidden” in the field property dropdown. That should do it. If you want to be double sure, make the field read-only as well. Hope this can help.

How do you convert a PDF to a fillable form?

Step 1: Load the PDF File. Open your pre-existing PDF form in PDF element, or you can choose to open an existing form template. Step 2: Recognize Form Fields Automatically. Step 3: Fill and Save the Form.

Why isn't my PDF fillable?

Make sure that the security settings allow form filling. (See File > Properties > Security.) Sometimes form creators forget to convert their PDFs to interactive forms, or they intentionally design a form you can only fill in by hand. If you can't type in the form fields, then the fields are probably not interactive.

How do I unlink fields in PDF?

Select the form field and choose Forms > Edit Fields > Place Multiple Fields. Right-click/Control-click the form field and choose To create Multiple Copies.
