Experience was OK. Site is not clear on how to change type size and document size when filling in form. Also don't appreciate having to use PDFfiler and pay for a subscription just to save my document and print a copy. It contradicts your advertising for a Free service.

The log in process is a little clunky. I have not been able to copy paste a field in the template creator. I have 30 fields or so that will each have the same sized field, I should be able to duplicate the specific field a number of times and paste. No?

I work in HR and needed help with setting up an application to generate the same information such as name, DOB, etc on all pages to save time. Rep Kara was amazing! She was able to use my application and turn it into a pre-fillable form. Kara also provided me instructions on how to set up what I needed.

Great Customer Service
I was checking out pdfFiller to help with a project I was working on. I must have started a free trial and forgot to cancel. I received a charge for an annual subscription via paypal. Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store.
