Outstanding you can create your own PDF's or download them and fill them out online and then save them print them e-mail and fax them and even SMS them! you can add a digital copy of your signature so that you can actually receive a pdf as an email or e-fax and sign it and send it back a email, sms, fax etc. and you can do it all from any computer or mobile device

I am unfamiliar with these programs and so I struggle. I was unable to increase the size of the text in one of my forms and it looks awkward on the form after printed.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

How do I set up a structured settlement?
Often the defendant agrees to give money to the plaintiff through a structured settlement in order to keep the lawsuit from going to trial. If the case does go to trial and the judge rules in the plaintiff's favor, the defendant may then be forced to set up a settlement.
How do you get a structured settlement?
A structured settlement is when part or all of the settlement amount is paid to the plaintiff over a period of years. Part of the settlement will generally be paid to the plaintiff and his/her lawyer immediately after the settlement as a lump sum, and the rest will be structured over a period of years.
What is considered a structured settlement?
A structured settlement is a negotiated financial or insurance arrangement through which a claimant agrees to resolve a personal injury tort claim by receiving part or all of a settlement in the form of periodic payments on an agreed schedule, rather than as a lump sum.
Are Structured Settlements a good idea?
Structured settlements offer plaintiffs the certainty of payments over a fixed period of time. However, lump sum payments may be better suited for cases involving minors, as they allow for long-term investing, or those suffering from a debilitating injury that will require future medical expenses.
