I am using this service as an ex-pat in Ecuador to communicate with government services in the U.S. Not certain yet if offices like Social Security will accept forms mailed from an online-filler service, so am withholding the 5th star until I know they'll actually accept my forms.

I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. My customer service rep was very detail in listening to my concerns and offering resolution. Because of the excellent customer service experience my PDfFiller representative delivered I proceeded with a one-year commitment of service and recommended these services to my family member.

Very user friendly. Easy to find tools to edit, merge, etc. Was impressed that there was esign that is verified by the program. I am stil on the trial version, but I think I will continue with the paid version too as I do alot of editing to pdfs.

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. The interface and options are also shockingly seamless. It's easy to print, save, share, download, etc pretty much any document from any screen.
