I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Following my previous comment, I found the tax forms I was working on, but they were titled by the Form, not saved documents. Taking me well over an hour due to the labeling. Need a Saved Documents Option to simplify it.

It has been pretty good , but right now i'm having a problem because, it wants to verify and send a passcode to my e-mail, but i can not enter it because it is not showing up in my e-mail

Difficult to naviagte
Frustrating... but it may work better on a computer rather than an ipad.
I like that you can create password protected files and templates to sign if there's is sensitive information needing to be shared.
The overall function seem to be helpful, but difficult to use on an ipad for sure! I found it difficult to attempt to build a template as you cannot move the fields you create once you place them. It can make for a sloppy look in your template.

How do I embed a PDF into an email?
Select the “Insert” tab and click “Object” in the Text section. Click “Create From File,” choose “Browse” and locate the PDF you want to embed. Select the file and choose “Open” to insert it into your email.
How do you embed a file?
Select Insert > Object. Select Create from File. Select Browse and go to the file you want to use. Select Insert. Select Display as icon and then select OK.
