I have used pdfFiller multiple times…
I have used pdfFiller multiple times and love their product. I primarily use it when applying for jobs and need a pdf converter to fill out applications. I like that I can just subscribe for the time I need the program and then cancel it. I also like that all my documents are saved to my account even after I cancel the service. I can just resubscribe and pick up where I left off. Customer support is EXCELLENT. Highly recommend pdfFiller.

Are marital settlement agreements public record?
many California family law departments have a procedure by which divorcing couples can keep their settlement private. Court procedure allows for two marital settlement agreements: a filed MSA and an unfilled MSA. The filed MSA is a public record. The unfilled MSA is lodged with the court, not filed.
Are custody agreements public record?
Typically, child custody orders are in the public record, which means anybody can access them through the court. However, they are not always available publicly, and when they are, custody records that contain identifying information like children's ages and residences may be redacted.
Can I look up my custody agreement online?
You can look up your case online to see what documents have been filed in your case. You cannot view the documents online, but you can order copies of the documents either by mail or in person. Please visit Look Up My Case for information on how to access your case and obtain copies of your court documents.
How do I get a copy of my custody agreement?
Visit the National Archives Order Reproductions page. Click on “Order Reproductions” then “Court Records” Select the appropriate court (Bankruptcy, Civil, Criminal, or Court of Appeals) Follow the onscreen prompts to set up an account and place your order.
How do I find out if someone has filed custody papers?
You can go to your county courthouse to check. They will likely have either computer terminals connected to the state court database, a help desk where you can ask the clerks to search for any cases involving you, or both.
Are court orders public information?
Court records fall under the umbrella of information that is generally available for public inspection. However, some records and record information cannot be disclosed because they are deemed confidential either by law or by court rule.
Are divorce complaints public record?
Generally, court proceedings are public matters. In the vast majority of jurisdictions, this includes divorce proceedings. When a court files divorce records under seal, confidential or sensitive information within those records remains private and doesn't become a matter of public record.
Can you look up marriage and divorce records?
Yes, divorce records are available to the public in the United States. Both marriage and divorce records are public information and, in theory, anyone who'd like to see marriage and divorce records can view them.
