Works well with 2 exceptions. There was an odd small "box" on the left-hand side of the saved document that I was able to erase with the erase tool. There were also signature verification notifications superimposed on the signatures.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

*** ****** is literally the best *** Filling *** out there. ******. All the functionalities of *** filler are remarkable and make doing business a complete breeze. Unfortunately the Platform I use daily - is cheaper however - isnt as functional as *** filler. So I tried completing my need with them as I have used them in the past. So I signed up for the trial - attempted my documents - I failed; closed the window and forgot about the subscription. This morning I woke up and saw the charge, I couldnt remember what Email I even signed up with. I emailed *** ****** at 5 am and got an immediate response with an agent ready to help. They asked easy questions and were able to locate my account and issue an immediate refund. I dont think there are words to express how incredible and unmatched that level of customer service is. Marie from the Customer Support Center worked with me promptly to ensure I received a refund. It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity. My intention was to cancel my subscription prior to renewal, but unfortunately I experienced a death in the family and was unable to cancel in a timely manner. I noticed the charge on my account today and immediately contacted PDFFiler customer support. Within 10-15 minutes of my request, I received confirmation that I would receive my refund. They were very understanding and accommodating.
