I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. In my line of work (payroll) it's a lot easier to be able to fill out some of the paperwork that I need to send to employees/managers and attach it via email instead of handwriting it and scan it to them.

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to edit the content of a PDF. I've recently had to adjust a few documents which were not previously editable for me, and this has made it simple to keep things updated.

I would like to be able to choose the file destination when selecting Save As, rather than it defaulting to my Downloads folder.

We've recently implemented new contracts for our accounts, and using PDFfiller has made creating them so easy. It's saved me a significant amount of time.

Excellent PDF Software
Overall, this is an excellent software for businesses for the many things you can do with the program.
I like that you can use forms previously created by other users of the software, or create your own forms as well. The software is user friendly, and provides all the functions we need in our business.
Unfortunately, that you have to pay to use the software. I understand that everything comes with a price, there are developers, etc. Considering the functions it provides, it is worth paying.

Forgot something on you PDF? this software got your back
It really happens to everyone, somethings you just miss something on a document that is already a pdf, with this tool you can fix it right away.
Let's be real, it happens to all of us, we made or receive a pdf, and we forget to sign it or add a line, even just correct a typo. PDF filler will just let you convert this to a word doc so you can fix all you need.
Nothing, easy to use, easy to convert again to pdf and help a lot if you just lost the original file.

Great Product!
I love this software; it has been invaluable. I have used it to fill out job applications, insurance, medical & school documents. I'll continue to use it.
It is very easy to upload documents to this software. Editing is user-friendly even for those not technically savvy. I like that I have many options in saving or exporting my finished document. Also, I like that my previous documents are saved because there has been more than once that a document has been lost or needed again. I have been saved by the fact that PDF Filler has the previously used document saved.
I have not found anything I really dislike about this software. I'll be honest in that I'm not crazy about the price but I have found this software so helpful I have been using it for over two years now. I've recommended it to several people. I did not rate the customer service because I have never used it. I guess the fact that I've been using this for over two years & never had a customer service issue speaks for itself.
