Stress free
I am able to get many projects done quicker and more efficiently with the use of PDFfiller. I enjoy the benefit of multiple different ways to finalize the project, send for signatures, print, email, save, etc.
I love that this software is simple to use and I don't feel I need training to use it. Almost all the functions this software has is what I need to complete task in my professional role.
I wish there were ways to combine documents, or if there is, making it easier to do so.

My experience with PDFfiller has been mostly smooth. It has beneficial features I haven't found with other PDF editors. There are a couple of things that I haven't been able to do but I'm not sure if it's not an option or I just don't know how to do them.

Overall I love the app and all the features it offer! The benefits totally outweigh the cost. Amazing app!
What I like most about the feature is I can use it both for work to fill out pdf files and for my personal studies where I can write notes, comment, add highlights and more to the file.
What I least like about this is it can be a bit pricey to maintain especially if I were only a student. But good thing I am also using it for work so I can really maximize its use.

At the first, i had some problems with using the application but later on, I learned how to use it, still, I need further study to be more familiar with it

cancelled as a gesture of goodwill
I downloaded the software and although it has a lot of good features, I didn't really need it. I thought I had cancelled right then, but I haven't found any more mail from me. Now the annual amount has been debited and I have contacted their support. After I explained that I didn't actually use the software, the subscription contract was subsequently and I was refunded the amount.

It is cumbersome to upload every document, fill it out, then download it. I wish there was a free program that let you fill out and sign pdf documents directly

How do you transfer property into a corporation?

Can I put my home in a corporation?
There is no rule or regulation to stop the purchase as an investment of residential property by an S corporation. In fact, an S corporation is one of the types of business structures often considered for a business that will focus on real estate investing.
Can my corporation own my house?
However, you can have your corporation buy real estate. One method is to have your corporation pay rent for an office building which is owned by a separate LLC that you own.
Can I live in a property owned by my LLC?
Yes, you can live in a house owned by your LLC. If someone falls on your sidewalk, and sues the owner (the LLC), only the assets of that entity are at risk. So, the problem with buying within an LLC, for your personal home, and borrowing from a bank, most likely they are going to require that you title it in your name.
Can C Corp own real estate?
Real estate and double taxation A C corporation is not a pass-through entity. If real estate appreciates in value while owned inside a C corporation and the asset is sold by the corporation, the gain will be taxed at the corporate level at corporate income tax rates.
Why you should never hold real estate in a corporation?
Reason #1: Capital Gains Taxes Will be Higher When Selling First, for tax reasons we don't recommend that you ever hold real estate in the name of a C corporation. Your C corporation will pay considerably more in capital gains when you try to sell that property than would a flow-through entity, such as an LLC.
Should an S Corp own real estate?
Holding real estate in an S Corp does not pose a problem while it is held. You can collect rent, pay expenses, and put the property in the name of the S Corporation. Business is run as usual, and asset protection is in effect if you operate the corporation property.
Can as CORP own real estate?
State laws allow all types of corporations to own real and personal property in the name of the business. An S corporation can take advantage of this grant of power to buy any sort of real estate, provided the purchase isn't prohibited by the corporation's articles of incorporation or bylaws.
