Are you one that needs to easily sign documents and return by email? this is the software to use

I really liked how the software navigates you through the document so quickly so you don't forget to fill in any information, and it tells you if the recipient receives it.
It's supposed to have just about any document you would need or want but I couldn't find any of the ones I needed. It was frustrating trying to look for a document and not be able to figure out where the list was.

I used their services for 1 year, all great services and does exactly what you would expect. Also they are very fast to respond to customer's emails.
They also gave me a very fast refund within few hours of requesting it as my subscription was auto renewal and i no longer needed that second subscription. Highly recommend and can be trusted with your money 100%.

It works well in that you can fill out the form, but it would be great if you could move the text box once you've started. I was unable to do that and had to start over in some cases because alignment was off.

How do I design an invoice?

How do you present an invoice to a client?
Establish clear expectations in the contract. Ask for a deposit. Include contact information and project specifics on the invoice. Include late payment terms on the invoice. Deliver the invoice promptly. Move clients to a retainer contract with recurring billing.
When should you invoice a customer?
When the client confirms they are happy, email or text a professional invoice within 24-48 hours. On the invoice, be sure to include a payment due date that is within a reasonable time (14 days is standard).
Do you send an invoice before or after?
You should send an invoice before receiving payment. An invoice is giving your client the information necessary to complete the payment, so having it before is beneficial to both parties.
Do customers need to sign invoices?
If both sides do not agree to the invoice, then it is not legally binding. The tenuous legal standing of an invoice is the very reason why vendors require signatures from the client, or some other binding form of acceptance, before sending out a product. The accountability works both ways for an invoice.
How long should you wait for an invoice?
It's common to ask clients to pay anytime between 10 and 60 days after they receive an invoice. If you've been expecting your client to pony up immediately upon receipt, you may want to think about their needs. While it's great to get paid promptly, not everyone can cut a check the moment they get a bill.
